It’s really hard to trust the reviews online these days. How do you know if you’re reading a real consumer review or a dummy review by the product owner? I, of course, can’t review everything, but I will do my best to share my honest opinion of the products and services I do use.
The power of an honest review can go a long way.
I’m not going to try and ruin anyone’s business, but if I have a bad experience I’ll most likely share it. Same with if I love a product. The key is to share my thoughts, that’s all.

Customer Service
This is where I think people with products and services get lost. The importance of good customer service, help desks or whatever else makes your experience better is my number one criteria.
Of course, you want a solid product, but should it fail or not exceed expectations a good customer experience can clean that up real fast. I’ve dealt with companies where I will never go back and I’ve dealt with companies that may have an overpriced product but has amazing customer service.
The old saying of you get what you pay for is for real. If you have a product or service you would like me to check out, please go to my collaborate page and we can go from there.

A Look Inside Benzinga Pro News Service
Before I get into the Benzinga Pro news service review, I wanted to share a quick update as to why I started to use this resource. It all started back in March 2020. Like many pages on the Afternoongrind, I talk about how I started to daytrade. The journey continues to amaze me. I’ve done […]

Elgato Stream Deck for Daytrading
I recently purchased the Elgato Stream Deck for daytrading. Why, you might ask, because this thing rocks for getting in and out of trades quickly. Since I started my daytrading journey about a year ago, I’ve gone through a lot of different programs, brokers, computers, and many other things. Fine-tuning for speed is critical and […]

Building a Day Trading PC from Scratch
Will I be able to build a day trading PC on my Own? Yes, and you can too if you follow my process. Here is my PC building story from start to finish. Hopefully, I can help if you decide to build a new trading PC in the future. When I worked as a network […]

Why STIHL is a Great Company?
There is one thing that stands out every time I do a review of a product. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although a good product is number one, it’s customer service that will take the cake in the end. I’ve talked about my lawn care history and the recent lawn renovation that I’ve been going through. To make […]

Full Tradestation Review
It’s that time again! Another retail stock broker review. This time I’ll be sharing my full Tradestation review. Well, I shouldn’t say full, since I only use about half of what Tradestation offers. I now have over six months of solid use to help create this review. I’ve done several videos on my YouTube channel […]

Think or Swim Review
I downloaded Think or Swim (TOS) and test drove it for well over 30 trading days. It’s my turn to share my thoughts on this platform and whether you should consider using it. This Think or Swim review will cover mainly how I used it and the different things I witnessed. Please remember, this is […]

Golf Gadget that is Worth the Money
I’m not the greatest golfer by any means, in fact, my handicap index is currently 17.6. What does this tell you about my care for the game, not much? I’m one of those players that has a good swing but can’t put the consistency together. This equates to high scores. I work on my game […]

Not All Web Hosts are Created Equal
Yes, over 30 Web Hosting accounts with actual websites. Seems Like Overkill, Maybe So. Who is the best web host for your business? Although I would love to cover each web host in great detail, it’s best I stick to my experiences. I will also mention a few you should avoid. Finding the best web […]

TD Ameritrade vs ETrade
When I turned 13 I was fortunate to learn about investing money. Back in 1986, I received 10 stock shares of Exxon which was worth about $150. These 10 shares are now worth about $750. The lessons I learned about the stock market with a few shares of stock have helped me tremendously. Earning money […]

My Experience with CBD Oil
There are 1000’s of people touting the so-called life-saving supplement CBD. CBD stands for cannabidiol, is naturally found in hemp plants and proven to promote wellness. I’ve been doing some research and decided to give it a go. I plan to try a few different brands on the market over time. I feel like I’m […]

Why I Left HostGator After 15 Years
Hostgator Exit Review When I started my hosting research back in 2004, I noticed HostGator was one of the biggest small business hosting company in the industry. I was coming from working in data centers and thought bigger was better. I decided to pull the trigger on Hostgator after reading enough reviews by other users. […]

The Good and Bad with My New 2018 Honda Accord
Car Buying is a Real Pain If you ask my wife about my car history she would tell you it’s not great. And I totally agree with her. Up until late 2018, I’ve never owned a brand new car. Yes, we’ve bought cars for her, but I’ve always driven second-hand cars. Working from home the […]
