I took some time off last week and without a doubt, it felt really good.
In fact, this was the first time I didn’t check a computer of some kind within 24 hours in about 10 years. I’ve been glued to my screens for all of the work I do and it is hard to keep things fully functioning without me checking up on things.
Since a lot of my sites have been hit pretty hard by the pandemic, I decided it was time to not check on anything for a few days. It was a feeling of relief on one side but it was a bit scary on the other. I’ve worked really hard over the years and to see such a slow down isn’t good. Although staying off the computer felt good, I felt empty knowing what was on the other side. At this point, I need to stay focused and pick up the pace on all of my sites. Give them a boost and hope traffic starts to return.
As for trading today, I can’t complain. I came back yesterday and had a small loss, but today was a bit different. I was able to keep my cool and just trade what I saw set up. I stayed defensive and let some stocks run but I also saved myself from losing trades. Although I had 14 winning trades and no losers today, most were from the same original trades.
